In the final article of the series, Dave Snowdencompletes the catalogue of methods for eliciting anecdotal material from which knowledge assets can be identified using the common sense language of the ASHEN model. He then establishes three heuristics or rules of thumb that can be used to guide the design of knowledge interventions once the knowledge audit is complete.
