Outcomes
Participants will gain an understanding of how to get senior management commitment to a project, and selling it to participants at all levels. Making the case, costing the project.
An appreciation will be gained of the best way to interpret the results of a project and what to do next after the trial phase. The range of possible projects will also be understood.
This is a hands on day, and attendees will need to bring their own laptops and sign a software license. Software license details will be sent on application.
